Salmon Steak Garlic Sauce
Salmon steak garlic sauce

(Serves 2)
Zake - Raw (100g) cut 2
- A little salt
- Pepper
- Flour
Oil - 2 large / 3
Garlic - 1 / 2 over
1 tsp sesame oil *

Mirin - Small 2 / 3
- Lettuce or green leaf (refrigerated) qs
