Spicy Prawn with orange

辣味烤蝦配柳橙

辣椒常常和蝦類料理搭配在一起。雖說是辣味但也有各種不同的風格,有的溫和而深沈、有的直接而明快,可以依自己的喜好或是料理上的需求作調整。
材料 / Ingredients

草蝦 / 24隻
鳥嘴辣椒粉 / 30g
紫洋蔥 / 120g
大蒜 / 6瓣
西洋芹 / 60g
茵陳蒿 / 12g
柳橙 / 3顆
橄欖油 / 適量
海鹽 / 少許
黑胡椒 / 少許
做法 / Method

  1. 將柳橙、紫洋蔥、大蒜、西洋芹、茵陳蒿混合,以少許海鹽、黑胡椒及橄欖油調味,藏備用。
  2. 將鳥嘴辣椒粉置於約8吋的深盤內,加入適量的橄欖油、海鹽及胡椒,混合成調味油後放入草蝦均勻地沾上表面。
  3. 加熱平底鍋。放入橄欖油,油熱之後放入草蝦。當表面上色之後移入烤箱,以攝氏250度烘烤5分鐘即可取出靜置一下。
將作法3.的草蝦瀝去多於油脂裝盤。將作法1.的柳橙一起裝盤即可。

Orange Chiffon Cake
